It’s also an excellent cough suppressant.
Polyfloral honey is the favorite among most consumers.
Generally higher in fructose than glucose, it’s excellent for breakfast and snacks, while in cooking, it’s recommended for use on fresh cheeses and fruit salads.

Millefiori honey has the following characteristics:

Color: from straw yellow to light brown.

Taste: delicate, with fruity notes.

Perfume: elegant and floral.

Consistency: liquid in summer, crystallizes later.

[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=”1_3,1_3,1_3″ use_custom_gutter=”on” gutter_width=”2″ _builder_version=”4.27.2″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”1_3″ _builder_version=”4.27.2″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_image src=”https://www.poggiodisaragano.com/wp-content/uploads/Poggio-di-Saragano-Arnie-BED_2814.jpg” alt=”Hives Poggio di Saragano” _builder_version=”4.27.2″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” transform_styles__hover_enabled=”on|hover” transform_scale__hover_enabled=”on|hover” transform_translate__hover_enabled=”on|desktop” transform_rotate__hover_enabled=”on|desktop” transform_skew__hover_enabled=”on|desktop” transform_origin__hover_enabled=”on|desktop” transform_scale__hover=”115%|115%”][/et_pb_image][/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_3″ _builder_version=”4.27.2″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_image src=”https://www.poggiodisaragano.com/wp-content/uploads/Poggio-di-Saragano-Arnie-BED_2804.jpg” alt=”Bee Hives Poggio di Saragano” _builder_version=”4.27.2″ _module_preset=”default” locked=”off” global_colors_info=”{}” transform_styles__hover_enabled=”on|hover” transform_scale__hover_enabled=”on|hover” transform_translate__hover_enabled=”on|desktop” transform_rotate__hover_enabled=”on|desktop” transform_skew__hover_enabled=”on|desktop” transform_origin__hover_enabled=”on|desktop” transform_scale__hover=”115%|115%”][/et_pb_image][/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_3″ _builder_version=”4.27.2″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_image src=”https://www.poggiodisaragano.com/wp-content/uploads/Poggio-di-Saragano-Arnie-BED_2802.jpg” alt=”Bee Hives Poggio di Saragano” _builder_version=”4.27.2″ _module_preset=”default” locked=”off” global_colors_info=”{}” transform_styles__hover_enabled=”on|hover” transform_scale__hover_enabled=”on|hover” transform_translate__hover_enabled=”on|desktop” transform_rotate__hover_enabled=”on|desktop” transform_skew__hover_enabled=”on|desktop” transform_origin__hover_enabled=”on|desktop” transform_scale__hover=”115%|115%”][/et_pb_image][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=”1_2,1_2″ use_custom_gutter=”on” gutter_width=”2″ _builder_version=”4.25.1″ _module_preset=”default” module_alignment=”center” locked=”off” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”1_2″ _builder_version=”4.25.1″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_image src=”https://www.poggiodisaragano.com/wp-content/uploads/Poggio-di-Saragano-Prodotti-BED_2844.jpg” alt=”Products for sale at our Poggio di Saragano farmhouse.
